with different backgrounds and styles – the Ariel Bart Trio from Israel and the Rémi

Panossian Trio from France. Up first, the Ariel Bart Trio – featuring young harmonica player and composer Ariel Bart, cellist Talia Erdal and pianist Arseny Rykov – present a lyrical blend of contemporary European jazz mixed with musical elements from the Middle East. The results are mesmerising and dreamlike, with the unique tones of Bart’s harmonica evoking magical textured soundscapes and moments of pure joy and romance.

In the second half, the Rémi Panossian Trio – longtime friends and partners Rémi Panossian on piano, Maxime Delporte on double bass and Frédéric Petitprez on drums – bring a change of pace with an energetic, melodic crossover of jazz, pop, funk and rock. Collaborators for over a decade, the colourful French trio have performed at prestigious jazz festivals around the world, winning fans with their eclectic, playful, feel-good grooves.
